Everything I wrote in March
March 2020 was the month that everything changed as Covid-19 rapidly infiltrated the western world. The travel plans I had made for the next few months are all cancelled, and much of the wine trade has been put on pause. What will happen next - and when - is still very uncertain, but for the moment my writing has continued much as normal, which included finishing my novel on time.
Here’s everything else I wrote in March.
On JancisRobinson.com, I wrote:
My monthly column on wine in Asia looked at Covid-19 before it had become a pandemic
I chose a beautiful white from the Douro as a wine of the week
An article on Vintec Club exploring the history and evolution of the Barossa Valley
My Drinks Retailing column was about having all the wrong answers
Three blog posts, including one of my all-time most popular pieces on having a healthy disrespect for wine.
